HOW LONG DO WE TAKE TO SHIP OUT ITEMS?
Normally we ship within 3 business days.
At the holidays we try to ship within 24 hours.
For domestic purchases we ship by USPS Priority, Parcel Post, 1st class, and media mail. The choice of service depends on the size, weight, distance, and value of the item being shipped. Only media can be sent by media mail.
Expedited shipping is available at an additinal cost. We can ship by USPS, UPS, or FedX. If one of these services is desired. We can only ship using our business account. The shipping cost must be paid for before shipping. We will not accept and will not bill to other accounts.
For normal USPS shipping. Each of their services has a delivery time estimate. Under usual circumstances packages will get delivered as the US post office states. Sometimes packages may take longer.
If an item is needed in a specific amount of time. Please communicate your needs. We will try to help.
We have no control over the delivery time once an item is sent. Sometimes delivery is fast and other times there may be delays. If in doubt and you need a package delivered in a specific amount of time. It is up to the buyer to determine whether or not a more expensive and faster service is needed to get your package delivered to you on time.
International customers please always allow additional time for deliveries since they be sent around the world. The USPS is not always accurate with their delivery time estimates for overseas shipping. This is especially true when there is severe weather as Europe had in the winter of 2010 - 2011.
DO YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE OF THE SAME ITEM?
In some cases we do have more than one item. We list only one at a time. But, for the most part we have only one of each item you see listed. It really depends on what the item is.

Personal Checks ( Please allow about 15 business days before shipping. This is due to the amount of time necessary to have both banks clear the check and notify us by mail of any problems with a payment )

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Once paid for and purchased the item is now the buyer property.
We are not responsible for items lost or broken in shipping. Insurance is available for an extra cost and needs to be purchased prior to shipping.
Once an item is paid for and the payment clears the item becomes the property of the buyer.
The only one exception we will accept a return is if we make an error and send you the wrong item.
In the case of our error we ask that you contact us to arrange a return. We will pay for the return shipping. But, the buyer needs to pay for the return shipping back to us first. Once the same item is returned back to us. We will reimburse you with a Paypal credit or check for the return shipping, depending on how the item was originally paid for. The return cost to send the correct item back to you will be at our cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
We charge the actual cost for shipping by the USPS plus $3.00 for customs handling.
Any Customs taxes or chages are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not pay any customs fees or taxes.
Any item over the value of $29.95 needs to be sent by either USPS Priority international with tracking or USPS Global Express International with tracking and insurance for the value of the item.
DO WE CHARGE STATE SALES TAX?
The state of Wisconsin does require us to collect Wisconsin state sales tax of 5%. All Wisconsin state resident is responsible to pay Wisconsin state retail sales tax.
If you are buying for resale and you do not want to be charged sales tax. You must submit a copy of your Wisconsin Retail sales tax identification number before checking out and paying.
We no longer have fax capability so an email with an attachment showing an actual copy of the retail certificate is required.
What is the largest size package that can be sent to Australia by the USPS?
36" total inches in length, width, and depth combined. The USPS will not accept any packages larger than 36" in length going from the US to Australia. UPS shipping may be available but will need to get a price quote before invoicing. If someone is interested in having something shipped to Australia that is larger than 36" total inches in size. Please request a shipping cost first before paying.
